Louis-Damien Bouchacourt took over 2.75 ha in the Chénas appellation and 1.25 ha in Beaujolais Villages Rouge et Blanc, taken over in 2014 from his parents. It is granite soil while the rest is on old alluvial soil with more or less pebbles. He has the great label: “Nature & Progrès”. He also make the famous “Une tranche” with Philippe Jambon. The wines are 100% without inputs nor sulfufites.
