Laurent Lebled

Laurent Lebled came to winemaking after a first career in wood trade. Feeling the need to move to another field of
activity he dared to follow the advices of winemakers he got in contact with through his previous job and who
had become friends. They told him to go into winemaking and offered to show him the ropes the first
years. Under the guidance and with the support of seasoned winemakers such as Olivier Cousin, Sebastien Bobinet,
Bernard Pontonnier or Patrick Corbineau, Laurent produced his first vintage in 2010.

Carlos Badia - La Cave aux Fioles

Based in Rivesaltes to the north of Perpignan, La Cave aux Fioles is a small organic estate run by winemaker
Carlos Badia which offers a confidential production of natural and artisanal wines.
The cellar is located in an old farm (XIVth), allows him to vinify cuvées that everyone likes to drink:
authentic and without inputs.

Louis-Damien Bouchacourt

Louis-Damien Bouchacourt took over 2.75 ha in the Chénas appellation and 1.25 ha in Beaujolais Villages Rouge & Blanc,
taken over in 2014 from his parents. It is granite soil while the rest is on old alluvial soil with more or less pebbles.

Jean-Philippe Padié

After studying agronomy in Montpellier, working at Mas Amiel and Gérard Gauby (famous estates in Roussillon),
Jean-Philippe Padié settled in 2003 in the same area as them, in Calce (which will become a bastion of natural wines,
like Tom Lubbe (Matassa).  Terroir of layered,  marl bedrock, schist, produce wines between complexity, finesse and minerality.

Jérôme & Stéphane bernatas

After a career in the press in Paris, the Jérôme et Stéphane started their own vineyard in Limoux with the ambition
to make living wines. Wines that express the delicacy and freshness of this magnificent terroir.
In the vineyard and in the cellar, they have nature as their partner through the principles of biodynamics. Fresh and vibrant wines.

Olivier Renard

Their vinyard in Morgon and Beaujolais-Villages are worked exclusively with horses and certified organic and
biodynamic. Their Morgon has been organic for more than twenty years.
Herbal teas and decoctions of natural plants take care of the vineyard, without chemical products.
The fermentation in cement vats, then aging for a few months in old oak barrels.

Sandrine Henriot

Originaly from Burgundy, she took over in 2018 a domain that had been organic since 2004 and biodynamic since 2010.
Very clean soil, where she does horse plowing on the her 3 ha of the domain on 3 appellations:
Beaujolais Villages, Régnié and Morgon. Her vintages present remarkable aromatic delicacy, solid tannins, which gives
a rich but also very silky whole.

chan chan

Chan Chan is the result of a passion of a group of friends for living wines and old vines of Mediterranean grape varieties.
In 2022, they bought a plot of 1 hectare, surrounded by scrubland and trees, old Cinsault and Lledoner Pelut on the heights
of the Têt valley, at a place called Roupidères plateau (altitude 500 m +) between Montalba the Chateau and Tarerach in Conflent
(Pyrénées Orientales).

The concept of AMIVINI started with a simple idea to make wines, in the most natural way possible, whilst promotingfemale wine makers.
We find that the wine world is highly male dominated; incredibly so in Italy, and we wanted to create a female orientated company making
great wines with great women.
