The Crémant du Jura Tissot is a biodynamic Extra-Brut sparkling wine.
After 4 months of aging on lees, the wine is bottled and aged on racks for 18 months, with a dosage of 2g/L. The vineyard is located on clay-limestone marl, similar to Savagnin’s blue marl, providing good acidity and structure.
