A fruity white wine, made with Grenache and Macabeu, floral notes and mineral touches.

Based in Rivesaltes to the north of Perpignan, La Cave aux Fioles is a small estate run by Carlos Badia who’s offering a confidential production of natural wines.

The cellar is located in an old chapel (XIVth), he vinifies his wine without unnecessary inputs.
