Their vines in Morgon and Beaujolais-Villages are worked exclusively with horses (no tractor) and certified organic and biodynamic.
Their Morgon has been organic for more than twenty years and their vines in Beaujolais-Villages have been in conversion since our installation in 2017.
The fermentation in cement vats, then aging for a few months in oak barrels or amphora, with very low or no sulfites.
