Japanese junmai sake – 100% pure rice wine

A relatively dry sake made from rice polished only 20%, resulting in rich rice flavours, that will increase as the sake ages. Kirei’s sake are known for their well-crafted balance of umami and acidity, and will compliment a wide range of foods. Unfiltered, undiluted. Drink at all temperatures. Store dark and cool.
