After studying agronomy in Montpellier, working at Mas Amiel and Gérard Gauby (famous estates in Roussillon), Jean-Philippe Padié settled in 2003 in the same area as them, in Calce (which will become a bastion of natural wines, like Tom Lubbe (Matassa). Terroir of layered, marl bedrock, schist, produce wines between complexity, finesse and minerality.
