Yunguna is a Copenhagen-based microbrewery centered around Korean traditions and techniques.
Clear rice alcohol brewed with Korean sweet rice. Yunguna’s Yakju is a naturally fermented and unpasteurized Korean alcohol, and is produced through separation of layers. It is the purest of the Korean sool and is enjoyed as a premium sool. Historically reserved for the royals in the Korean dynasties.
