Tavel Sables – L’Anglore

Whole-bunch maceration of Grenache, Cinsault, Clairette, and Carignan. This selection of plots planted in the Astien sands – a historic terroir of the lower Rhône Valley – is aged in truncated cone-shaped vats for 10 months.

This results in a rosé wine with a unique character, combining finesse, generosity of fruit, and great dynamism. The wine is known for its aroma and flavor profile that blends the characteristics of a red wine with the texture of a white wine, offering a remarkable experience with notes of crushed flowers, dried herbs, and spices.
