Maceration made from Muscat d’Alexandrie and Grenache Blanc. Three months maceration and 6 months in concrete. A salty, mineral and aromatic wine with hints of rose petals, apricot and local Garrigue plants. The wine is unfiltered and closely related to southern oranges such as Matassa and La Sorga.
