All cider from TBPCVB is spontaneous and without anything added. That’s how cider tastes best. The fruit is from old plantations, backyard in the province and a man who may be named Jens. The cider stands at least five months on the yeast as it provides structure and weight. When bottling the cider, a teaspoon of sugar is added to each bottle so that rather rustic bubbles are developed. The first bottles were ready in April/May of 2025.
