Le Temps est Bon

Le Temps est Bon is a pet’nat produced by Summertime, the small sparkling wine house of Sébastien Bobinet, Emeline Calvez and Bruno Richard, located in Chacé, a few minutes from Calvez Bobinet.

Dry sparkling wine (< 2g/l of residual sugars) with lovely fine bubbles, its aromas of pear and fresh almond with a hint of citrus, are supported by a fresh and slightly gourmet palate. Perfect as an aperitif, or with a fruit dessert, it will be the extra soul of your festive moments!
