Introducing a new Tavel wine from the Pfifferling family, sourced from two rocky hillside plots they recently acquired. This wine is crafted by Marie and Eric’s sons, Joris and Thibaut. Made with 50% Grenache and 50% Cinsault, it has a fruity and approachable character, ideal for savoring while anticipating the release of the Classic and Vintage Tavel wines!
