La Grande Châtelaine, from very small appelation Côte-de-Beaune in Beaune in Burgundy. Good for a chardonnay isn’t it? Old barrel here, hazelnuts, butter, some citrus and vanilla. Dry with medium acidity and long lengh. That’s what we are looking for a true Côte-de-Beaune !
