Frédéric Cossard is not just an extremely entertaining wine farmer with a huge personality. His talent as a winemaker is also undeniable, and his perfectionism is almost manic when he produces top-burgundy all year after year without added sulfur.

Fred worked for many years as a “Courtier” in Burgundy (the intermediary who conveys contact between wine farmers and négocian houses), which has given him an impressive network and has built up a long -standing relationship with the farmers from which he buys grapes. It ensures him continuity from year to year and grapes of incredibly high quality. Peace is also originally trained in dairy production and has taken the precision and hygiene standards from this subject with them into the wine production in the effort to make wine completely without the use of sulfur.
