Based in Rivesaltes to the north of Perpignan, La Cave aux Fioles is a small organic estate run by winemaker Carlos Badia which offers a confidential production of natural and artisanal wines.
The cellar is located in an old chapel (XIVth), allows him to vinify cuvées that everyone likes to drink: authentic and without inputs.

Mort aux Cons is full body red wine. Intense at the same time fluid with a long finish.
