MAGNUM Alice au pays des Vermeils

MAGNUM – Red wine from Salses-le-Château with a ruby color. Quite fruity and bewitching nose. Generosity and very tasty palate, with a long and persistent texture. Tannic and salivating finish.

Based in Rivesaltes to the north of Perpignan, La Cave aux Fioles is a small organic estate run by winemaker Carlos Badia which offers a confidential production of natural and artisanal wines.

The cellar is located in an old chapel (XIVth), allows him to vinify cuvées that authentic and without unnecessary inputs.
