Kaos is a white wine with a hint of skin contact, crafted from a field blend primarily of the grapes mentioned above, sourced from vines aged between 30 and 120 years. It’s incredibly expressive in the best way possible—an excellent example of Etna Bianco, made without any added sulfur.
