SANDRINE HENRIOT : Originally from Burgundy, she took over a 3 ha Beaujolais vineyards in Régnié, Morgon and Beaujolais-Village in 2018. The parcels were worked organically since 2004 and biodynamically since 2010.
Her wines showcase intensity, framework, and complexity, yet they also boast remarkable succulence and airiness, rendering them exceptionally approachable and enjoyable. In the winery, she eschews cultured yeast, fining, or filtration, opting instead for minimal sulfur usage.
