This wine comes from Carignans over 80 years old. After fermenting for 3 months in old barrels, they are aged for 10 months in jars. Mineral frame of Carignan, the material is fine, the integrated tannins and the delicate floral and spicy aromas. Beneath a carmine color with raspberry reflections, nose of flowers hibiscus and jasmine. Fresh and supple. Like Carignan is the Pinot Noir of the south.
