Description: Cox I Pæren is our fruit pet-nat made with apples quince and pears. This cuvee is super electric and energetic filled with notes of papaya, lychee plus a little bit of volatile and sweetness from the pears. Refined, fun and very drinkable

Process: Direct pressed apples and pears spontanious fermented together, Quince maceration, Zero additives. Disgorged.

ABV: 6,9% Alcohol
