Description: Our homage to the classic oxidative french cider tadition, combined with nordic energy and freshness. 50% cider apples and 50% food apples provides equal amounts of brett and barnyard crudeness along with elegance and acidity from the nordic food apples. Big, bold and bretty.

Process: Direct pressed apples, fermented with wild yeast. Zero additives. Disgorged
