Fioretti

Fioretti, a bright yet textural Côt made with fruit from the old parcel in Duravel that used to make the cuvee Le Tour (a little of which is still available and tasting extremely good!).

Very good stuff.

Charlotte & Louis initially had their lives in the Parisian literary world before falling into another world of natural wine. In 2015 they decided to sell their bookshop, buy an old farm in Cahors in the south-west of France and go all in on the winemaking dream. After spending a little time with close friend and neighbour Simon Busser getting a better understanding of vineyard management and a crash course in the dominant variety of the region, Côt (Malbec), they started to produce their own wines with the first vintage coming in 2016.
