This wine matures in old barrels for an additional two years before being bottled without filtration, resulting in a stunning Chardonnay boasting fresh acidity and subtle wood notes. Matthias Warnung has managed his 10-hectare vineyard in Kamptal, Austria, since assuming ownership from his father in 2010.
