Les Vins Pirouettes is a laudable project led by Christian Binner, a prominent advocate for natural wine in Alsace. Founded to empower farmers to produce their own wines rather than selling grapes to cooperatives, it offered a new sales platform for established producers. Although Binner stepped away in 2023 to focus on his own vineyards, Les Vins Pirouettes continues its mission. All wines, made from organic grapes without additives, are bottled under the label, showcasing both fun and serious expressions of Alsace terroir.
