Emmeram 2021

‘Emmeram,’ a Gewürztraminer boasting vineyards over 40 years old, offers an enticing experience. It presents an exotic and aromatic profile, brimming with the richness of oily yellow fruits, lychee, delicate white flowers, and sweet spices.

This wine captivates with its concentrated intensity, enveloping the palate with exotic fruit and a fragrant perfume, all wrapped in plump, ripe fruitiness.

The grapes undergo meticulous hand harvesting and destemming. Following this, the wine macerates on the skins for a couple of hours before being gently pressed. Fermentation occurs within well-seasoned 500-liter barrels, where the wine matures for approximately 12 months without stirring the lees.

The final product is bottled without fining or filtration, and it bears the unique character of being made with no added sulfur.
