Based in Rivesaltes to the north of Perpignan, La Cave aux Fioles is a small estate run by Carlos Badia who’s offering a confidential production of natural wines.

The cellar is located in an old farm (XIIth), allows him to vinify cuvées that authentic and without unnecessary inputs.
