Savagnin Ouillé, Traminer

The Domaine Stéphane & Bénédicte TISSOT has become for years now, an essential reference for Jura wines. Biodynamic since 2004.
This cuvée is made from Savagnin. Savagnin belongs to the Traminer family (Gewurztraminer, Traminer Rose). It is vinified with topping up (ouillage) to keep its fruity profile for 2 years in barrel.

Very fruity wine with citrus aromas.
Unctuous and complex mouth always on the fruit with a beautiful minerality.
It is the expression of Savagnin on their terroirs without oxidation.
