This wine is macerated from the Cartoixa Vermell grape, also known as Xarel-lo Rosado, which is a variation of the Xarel-lo grape with deeper-colored skins. As a result, this wine may exhibit a subtle pink hue. Its flavor profile is delightful, showcasing exquisite fruit notes, a harmonious balance, and a pleasingly lingering finish.
