Natural red made with grapes from old vines in Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco. A carbonic maceration is carried out in small concrete vessels, to concentrate the aromas. After pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of any additives or stabilizers. This Criolla is a light and pleasant wine, with a nose of pure fruit and a low concentration of tannins. Drink it fresh!
