This crémant, disgorged in May 2023, is made from 100% Pinot Noir, aged 5 months in oak barrels, with natural fermentation and no sulfur, fining, filtration, or dosage. It has a pale yellow color, fine bubbles, and aromas of orange peel and sweet spices. The palate is delicate but structured, with a mineral finish. The vineyard, biodynamically farmed on Bajocian limestone. With intense fruitiness and freshness, superbe bubbles!
