Crémant du Jura BBF – TISSOT

The Crémant du Jura BBF Tissot is a biodynamic, Brut Nature sparkling wine. A portion is aged in oak barrels for 14 months, and the rest in vats for 3 months, followed by 48 months of bottle aging on lees. It has fine, complex bubbles, offering toasted and ripe aromas with a mineral, well-structured palate. Hazelnut flavors and saline notes add richness, akin to high-quality Champagne. With 12.5% alcohol, it is balanced and versatile. Certified by Ecocert and Demeter, it reflects the authenticity of its terroir and the producer’s commitment to sustainability.
