A complex and lively Jacquère from Savoie by Axel Domont.
Axel Domont, a former elite cyclist turned winemaker, began his career with help from Domaine des Côtes Rousses. After buying a cellar in 2021, he now manages 1.7 hectares of Jacquère, Mondeuse, and Gamay. His wines are aged in demi-muids and amphora, with no additive.
