Tessier Cheverny Blanc has been farmed organically since 1998 and made with minimal SO2. The wine shows beautiful ripeness in 2024 but is perfectly balanced at only 12% alcohol, low SO2 and with refreshing acidity. It’s refreshing, but also broad in the mouth, evolving quite a bit as it’s open. It’s a wine that will disappear quickly thanks to it’s crisp drinkability.
