Vinification of whole bunch Sauvignon, 12 days of maceration. Direct press of Gamay teinturier. 6 days of destemmed maceration for the Menu Pineau grapes.

A lot of pleasure with this big blend. The color is rosé, and taste like to an orange wine. It’s a challenging one for a blind tasting. There is fruitiness as well as good acidity, it’s refreshing. Barbara Lebled doesn’t use any inputs nor sulfites. Cheers!
