The must is spontaneously fermented and stored in concrete tanks. The wine is unfiltered and a minimum of sulfur has been added. The wine appears straw yellow with green notes and aromas of white peaches with a touch of citrus. The wine tastes mineral and fresh of green apples, citrus fruits and has a touch of salt and almond bitterness. A beautiful wine which clearly shows the essence of natural wine.
