Cloé is an expressive feast of ripe red fruit in the nose with sweet strawberries, cranberries, raspberries and red cherries, with a slightly funky touch of yeast, remotely some rosehip, a herbalicious hint of sage and some licorice. It has a nice spine of energetic minerality while being satin soft on the palate with balanced acidity and with gentle grapefruit-like bitters in the finish.
