Louis-Damien Bouchacourt took over 2.75 ha in the Chénas appellation and 1.25 ha in Beaujolais Villages Rouge et Blanc, taken over in 2014 from his parents. It is granite soil while the rest is on old alluvial soil with more or less pebbles. He has the great label: “Nature & Progrès”. He is used to make some delicious “Tranche de Jambon” wine with Philippe Jambon.
